Refund policy

At Amara Nové, we stand behind the exceptional quality of our premium human hair. However, due to strict hygiene and safety regulations, all our luxury wig units and hair extensions are considered personal care products.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the seal on the unit has been broken, if the unit has been worn, or if it has been chemically altered, styled, cut, or washed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unit in its original, brand-new, untouched condition within 7 days of delivery, provided that all original packaging, tags, and the hygiene seal are completely intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@amaranove.com with your order number. All returned items undergo a rigorous quality inspection, and Amara Nové reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these criteria.
